Jokingly, the name stuck because the signs and stationery was already paid for.

The business Expands to the rest of the rented space and Expands to the building next to it creating a 25,000 sqft Facility.

Opens the 2nd location in Crown Point on Summit Street

Opens up 3rd location inside Bosak Chrysler Dealership in Merrillville. moves down the street and Builds New  Crown Point location.

2nd generation Geoff Beckett joins Tom and Eds Autobody. Geoff moved from Painter to Manager to Corporate

Purchase existing body shop in Burns Harbor as 4th Tom and Ed’s Autobody location. 

Opens newly built Merrillville Location and moves out of the dealership.

Purchased existing Center Garage Dealership in Cedar lake and remodeled into our 5th location body shop.

2nd generation Geoff Beckett promoted from Shop Manager to Director of Operations for Tom and Eds Autobody.

2nd generation Andy Tylka purchases remaining shares of the company to be sole owner.
