As we move into our 35th year in business, we reflect on the importance of keeping our family business within our family. There is a difference in the ways customers and employees are treated in a family business that makes things a little more personal.

Noticing the changes in the industry, I have seen the industry get away from the culture of “Every Person Matters”. At Tom and Eds Autobody I never want to change the way we feel towards our customers. Every job we approach it wanting to develope a relationship, as well as a lifetime customer…. our business depends on it. We revolve our business on keeping customers for life by treating them as part of the family knowing how it feels to be inconvenienced after an accident.

When a customer uses a family business, no matter restaurant, Collision Repair, Service, Dealership…. It needs to be remembered the money stays in the community. It doesn’t travel to share holders, big wigs across the nation, or another country. It stays in the community. In return we concentrate on doing business with family owned businesses in the community as well.
